Los Angeles Pigeon Club Guestbook

Thanks for keeping up this great tradition. I used to raise pigeons (different breeds) when I was a kid, just for fun. It was a great hobby and I really learned to care a lot for these birds, I recently found an injured one outside my apt and was able to locate its owner by the leg band. If I had not raised pigeons as a kid I would have probably thought the leg band was some sort of tracking device and the bird was a spy. Right now I'm living in apts but really want to get back into this hobby later on when I have a house. Looking forward to seeing all the beautiful birds at the 2011 NPA show in San Diego, will be my first show in about 20 years.

I really like your site. Although I am in North Carolina, I was born in Los Angeles. I raised pigeons as a child and now, in my later years, I am taking it up again. In Iraq at the moment but will return home soon.
